Unlike personal computers, tablets are smaller, light weight and faster accessible. Individuals are moving towards tablets rather than renewing their home computers, so do many companies. For instance, lets take Microsoft as one of the biggest OS manufacturing company. They invented the new Windows 8 which apparently requires less resources than the previous Windows 7. Main reason they developed in such way is because they needed Windows 8 to be able to operate on a tablet. Many schools over the world promote their students to read ebooks, this is done on a tablet. Architectural companies use tablet for their architecture. Tablets are being used in the medical industry. With tablets doctors clearly with ease explain their patients about their anatomy with a 3-D drawing.
